Ham and Cheese

Everyday for Landin's lunch he wants peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and the other day he came home from school and told me that he wanted something different in his lunch. So I asked him what he wanted and he said that he wanted a ham and cheese sandwich with ketchup on it. So I told him that I would get some next time I went to the store. Today I made his sandwich and when he got home from school I asked him if he liked it. He told me that it was gooooood, followed by, but on Monday could you make me something different like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. So than I asked him if he really liked the sandwich and he said no not really.

Peyton 7 Months

My boys are having so much fun with their little sister. Every time we pass the girl section at the store they pick out clothes for her and tell me how cute she is. Even Chase will pick out clothes that he thinks are cute. Then they tell me that she needs some dolls to play with. When they see commercials on TV for girl toys they'll ask me if they can get that for her for Christmas. It is so much fun seeing how much they all adore her.

Halloween

The boys had a lot of fun this year for Halloween. At first Landin wanted to be a skeleton and Camron a ghost so I was going to get a Frankenstein costume for Chase. But I couldn't find a skeleton costume for Landin so instead they decided that they were going to be ninjas. They were so excited when they got there costumes. And of course we had to do something cute for Peyton so she got stuck with the cow costume it was so cute.

Funny Camron

Today Camron got into some trouble so Brett told him it was time for his spanking, he was just joking with him. Camron started whining saying he didn't want a spanking. So then Brett said OK your punishment will be that you will have to clean your room. Camron started whining more and saying he didn't want to clean his room and they were arguing back in forth for a little while about it and all of a sudden Camron says, "OK I'll take the spanking". It was the funniest thing, I know you shouldn't laugh when your kids in trouble but I couldn't help it. Camron HATES to clean so instead of cleaning I guess he figured he would take the spanking and get it over with faster.

Carving Pumpkins

This was the first year that Landin and Camron actually cleaned out their own pumpkins. Well Landin cleaned about half and then he had Camron finish it. Chase of course wouldn't touch anything, I had do clean his out for him. I forgot to get the after pictures so I don't have the carvings. Chase had a Thomas the train picture, which he calls his choo choo. Camron did a spider and Landin had a ghost. They turned out really cute.
Camron didn't want to get his shirt all messy so he took it off and then of course everyone else had to have theirs off also.

He really had a lot of fun cleaning the pumpkins out.
This is a pumpkin that Chase got in nursery but he gave it to Peyton so that she would have one also.

Tarantula

Brett and Landin found this in the backyard and caught it. They wanted to keep it and buy a cage for it but I told them NO. I probably would have let them if it wasn't for Chase and Camron. I could totally see one of them letting this thing out in my house. I hate spiders and I know I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing this thing was crawling around my house somewhere. So he finally gave up and decided to let it go.

Landin did call grandpa Johnston and asked him if he could keep it at there house but grandma told him no also.

Peyton 6 months old

Peyton is already six months old and she fits into 12m and 18m clothes. She just had her doctors appointment and she weighs 17lbs 11.7 ounces and she is 25 3/4 inches long. The boys just love her, but I still have to watch Chase really close around her. The other day he put a pillow on her, from about her waist down, and got up on the arm of the couch and tried to jump on top of her. Luckily I saw him and was able to catch him on the way down. He just doesn't understand that she is to little to play rough.

This is one of those pictures where the parents think it's adorable and other people don't really think so. But I love this picture because she reminds me of Landin in it. When Landin was a baby he would sniff out his nose. Well that is what Peyton is doing in this picture it makes us laugh when she does it.
